Aunt Inez or ‘Nez as she was affectionately called, seemed as if she would never leave us. With her trusty sidekick Maggie, these two peas-in-a-pod, did not miss many church, community, or social events over the course of their more than a century on this Earthly plane.
Just the mere sight of Aunt Inez was inspiring and encouraging to everyone. As you will find in the Robesonian archives, Inez Johnson Womack truly was a pillar of her community. Always front and center for any worthwhile cause, but especially causes related to youth development.
Over the years, Inez served in various roles within the PTA. Even after their children were grown!
